We seek a person who is able to demonstrate the following:

• ●  A desire to minister to children and their families;
• ●  The ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, volunteers and

  
  

  staff that cultivates a meaningful relationship with Christ;

• ●  Organizational, managerial, and relational skills that will guide a children’s ministry

  
  

  into a ministry that draws people into the life of First Baptist Church El Paso.

  Additionally, we require someone with:

• ●  At least 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• ●  A Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university OR 3-5 years of related

  
  

  experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• ●  A life and a character that displays an alignment with Christian values.
