East Campus children's minister
This job is about more than a Sunday program. It’s about partnering with parents & encouraging volunteers to lay the spiritual foundation that will shape a child’s faith for life. This is also a coaching position, where you will get to pour into the other kids ministers at Del Sol. You might be a good fit for this role if:
You have a passion to partner with parents & a diverse group of volunteers to help children grow as disciples of Jesus Christ
You have good interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and can collaborate well with others
You can work within our current structure & honor the policies that help keep kids safe
You also have vision for bringing change & creating new ways to help kids know & follow Jesus
You are able to coach your peers on staff, helping them be encouraged & equipped as they serve at other Del Sol campuses
